Ayurvedic Postpartum Body Oil

In India during postpartum time mothers are cared for by their mothers, sisters, friends and community. The receive warm oil massage daily, along with baby, and this helps them to gently detox accumulations from pregnancy, reduce water weight, feel grounded and nourished, produce ample breastmilk, heal and feel loved.

I know it is nearly impossible to have a massage everyday postpartum, but you can massage oil onto your own beautiful postpartum body, or ask a loved one or partner to do this for you as well.

We infuse Ayurvedic herbs and spices into organic sesame oil to warm, soothe, open channels and heal the postpartum body.

Warm this oil and massage into your skin daily.

Dashmoola: Traditional Ayurvedic formula to rejuvenate and alleviate vata in postpartum
