  • Radha is a holistic practitioner, educator, and licensed aesthetician with over 20 years of experience integrating Ayurveda, herbalism, aromatherapy, and trauma- aware care.

    She is the founder of Bliss Alchemy and is known for creating deeply ritualized client experiences rooted in nervous system safety, attunement, and compassionate leadership bridging ancient wisdom with modern wellness practice.

  • Jena is a writer, speaker, Aesthetician and former multi-business owner turned leadership consultant for salon, spa, and wellness professionals.

    Her work explores compassionate leadership, sustainable operations, and what it means to build people-centered businesses in a client- driven industry.
